Service.

These Terms govern your use of Felmenu. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Felmenu ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Service, including those on a free trial or a paid plan. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@felmenu.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not transfer your account to another person or use another person's account without permission.

The service

Felmenu provides a cloud-based digital menu builder for restaurants and cafés. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Where possible, we will provide at least 14 days notice of significant changes that affect paid features.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be communicated in advance.

Plans and pricing

Every new menu includes a 3-month free trial with full access to the features described on our Pricing page. After the trial, keeping a menu published requires a paid plan. We reserve the right to adjust trial terms with 30 days notice.

Paid plans are billed per term — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months — as selected at checkout. All prices shown are final and include applicable taxes where required by law. We do not charge setup fees, cancellation fees, or any fees not listed on the Pricing page.

Longer terms are billed at the monthly rate times the number of months. Payments are made manually via Vodafone Cash or Instapay in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). If you downgrade or stop using a plan mid-term, no partial refund is issued for the remaining period.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all menu items, descriptions, images, prices, and other data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). Felmenu does not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.

By uploading content, you grant Felmenu a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your diners.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain unlawful material, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment and billing

Paid plans do NOT renew automatically. We do not store a card and never charge you automatically. All payments are made manually in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via Vodafone Cash or Instapay for the term you select.

Before your current term ends, we send a reminder by email so you can re-pay via Vodafone Cash or Instapay to keep your menus live. If you choose not to pay, your plan simply ends at the close of the term — there is nothing to cancel.

If payment for a new term is not received by the time the current term ends, we notify you by email and your menu is paused until the next payment is confirmed. Your data is preserved while paused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights. You agree not to use the Service to impersonate any person or entity.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or data of the Service beyond what is accessible through our official API.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Upon deletion, your menus are taken offline immediately.

We will retain a backup of your data for 30 days after deletion, during which you may contact us to reactivate. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we may act immediately.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Felmenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Felmenu in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EGP 5,000.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
